当研究は地域枠出身医師および都道府県奨学金受給医師の義務遵守状況、就業地、診療科を追跡し、一般医師のそれと比較することを目的としたコホート研究である。令和4年度は以下の調査を行った。①令和3年11月に行った予備調査をもとに令和4年6月に47都道府県32大学へ調査票を送付し、新卒の奨学金受給医師および地域枠出身医師への転送を依頼した（うち47都道府県および32大学が依頼に応じた）。転送された質問票を受け取った奨学金受給医師および地域枠出身医師計574名から医籍番号等の情報を含む回答を回収した。これら情報は研究補助員により研究事務局のコンピュータに打ち込み、保存した。②同時期に上述の47都道府県32大学に対して、新卒の奨学金受給学生および地域枠出身学生の医師国家試験合格者数および奨学金返還者数に関する調査も行った（44都道府県および32大学が回答した）。③令和5年度の調査に向けて令和4年11月に予備調査を行い、令和5年に卒業予定の奨学金受給医学生のいる都道府県、同卒業予定の地域枠医学生のいる大学医学部を特定し、その人数把握を行った。④昨年度入手した厚生労働省「平成30年医師歯科医師薬剤師調査」の個票データを平成26年から登録している本コホートの対象者に医籍登録番号を介して接続し、就業地などのアウトカム情報を付加することでコホートデータを完成させた。⑤昨年度入手した自治医科大学より同大学卒業生に関する同様のデータを入手し、上記コホートデータに追加した、コホートデータを用いて、地域枠のみ、奨学金のみ、奨学金付地域枠、自治医科大学、一般医師の5群について、就業地のへき地度、医師国家試験合格率、義務履行率などを比較した。

The purpose of this study is to compare the compliance status of doctors from different regions, departments and departments, and the relationship between doctors and students. The following investigations were carried out in the fourth year of the order.① In November 2003, the investigation was prepared. In June 2004, the investigation ticket of 32 universities in 47 prefectures was sent to the doctor, and the new student was sent to the doctor in 32 universities. A total of 574 doctors were sent to the hospital, including medical records and answers. This information is available to the Research Affairs Bureau. (2) Survey on the number of students who passed the national examination and the number of students who returned the scholarship among the 47 prefectures and 32 universities mentioned above during the same period (44 prefectures and 32 universities) 3. To prepare for the survey in November of 2004, to conduct the survey in November of 2005, and to determine the number of medical students who will graduate from the university in the same region. 4. The Ministry of Health and Welfare launched the "Heisei 30 Physicians and Dentists Survey" in 2006 and completed the registration of medical records of the target population in 2006. 5. Starting from last year, Jiji Medical University started to compare the five groups of general doctors, the employment area, the qualified rate of doctors in the national examination, and the voluntary fulfillment rate.
