入院時の虚血性心疾患患者が行っている特徴的なコーピング方略や、性格特性であるタイプDパーソナリティが、退院9ヶ月の抑うつ傾向と関連しているかの分析を行った。その結果、入院時に行っている「計画立案」のコーピング方略は、退院後9ヶ月後の抑うつと負の関連があった。また、入院時のタイプDパーソナリティと退院後9ヶ月後の抑うつ傾向との関連はみられなかった。CAD患者の「計画立案」の採用の低さが、退院後の抑うつを助長させる可能性が示唆された。さらに分析を進め、退院9ヶ月後の抑うつ傾向継続群と抑うつ傾向改善群を従属変数としたロジスティック回帰分析、「計画立案」の他に、「回避的思考」「肯定的解釈」が抑うつ傾向の改善に関連していた。上記の内容の学会発表（日本心臓病学会）を行った。今後は、国際誌に論文を発表する。また、入院中の虚血性心疾患患者に「計画立案」「回避的思考」「肯定的解釈」の学習支援を行うプログラムを作成し、実施する介入研究の計画する。
