项目摘要

本研究の目的は、看護師の経験や情報内容が“非注意による見落とし”現象にどのように影響をしているかを明らかにすることである。本研究の意義は、医療安全に関する教育方法開発や業務の改善をに向けて検討するための資料としての活用が期待できることである。平成30年度のバーチャルリアリティ（VR）技術とVR目視学習システムを活用した教育方法の検討から、令和元年度はバーチャルリアリティ（VR）・VR目視学習システムを活用した教育方法について、日本看護教育学会で交流セッションを行い、教育での活用方法について他大学の教員から活用可能性についてディスカッションを行い意見を得た。さらに、臨床経験20年以上の看護師1名と専門看護師1名に、実際の臨床現場における“非注意による見落とし”が起こりやすい状況についてインタビューを行った。その中で、“非注意による見落とし現象”は患者の状況はもちろん他の患者の状況、看護師の仕事量・経験、病院内のスケジュール等、多くの要因が重なりおこるため、明確な場面を設定することが難しいという意見を得た。さらに、新人看護師だけでなく経験を積んだ看護師にとっても“非注意による見落とし”を教育することが難しいことが分かった。実際に経験が難しい看護場面であっても、様々な要因を組み込んだ設定ができ、だれもが臨場感を感じやすいバーチャルリアリティ（VR）技術やVR目視学習システムの活用した教育方法によって教育効果が上がると考え、本研究の研究を中断し新たに研究計画を見直し、研究課題を変更することとした。
