本研究は、介護支援専門員が行っている服薬支援の実態を明らかにし、コンピテンシーに必要な要素を抽出し、介護支援専門員の服薬支援コンピテンシーを明らかにすることを目的としている。令和4年度は、介護支援専門員が実際に行っている服薬支援やその特徴、また文献検討から調査項目を明確にしてアンケート調査を行う予定であったが実施できていない。今年度は介護支援専門員の「服薬支援コンピテンシー評価尺度」についてアンケート調査実施し統計学的に分析を行う。

This study aims to identify the essential elements of the service support system and identify the service support system for the service support system. In 2010 and 2014, the Ministry of Health and Social Security issued a report on the implementation of the service support system, the characteristics of the service support system and the literature review. This year, we will conduct statistical analysis in the "Service Support System Evaluation Scale" of the Care Support Division.
