项目摘要

学力・学習の質的レベルの深さは3つのレベルで示される。それは，知識の獲得と定着である「知っている」レベル，知識の意味理解と洗練である「わかる」レベル，そして知識の有意味な使用と創造である「使える」レベルであり，かつ，それぞれのレベルは順に広がっていく。看護実践においては，「使える」レベルが必要であり，その能力は経験と研鑚で高められる。近年，知識やスキルを使いこなすことを求める評価方法としてパフォーマンス評価の必要性が求められている。パフォーマンス評価は「逆向き設計論」である。具体的には，まず第一に，求められている結果（目標）の設定を明確化し，次に求められている結果が到達できているかを確認する評価方法を決定し，最後に求められている結果に対応できる学修経験と指導計画を作成する。本研究では，身体疾患を有する患者の心理的側面を看護学生が「把握している」と教員が判断した学生の言動を分析し，それを求められる結果として評価基準として設定する。分析した結果に基づき，「看護学生が身体疾患を有する患者の心理的側面」について，ルーブリックを作成し洗練する。現時点で，大学教員で現在学生の実習指導を実践している看護系大学教員への半構成的面接を行い分析した結果を整理した。その結果を「知っている」「わかる」「使える」のレベルの検討を進めている。さらに，「知っている」「わかる」「使える」のレベルごとに，学生のパフォーマンスがみられた「刺激」となる事柄が何であったのかを分析整理している。
