本研究目的は，入院患者の自殺の半数ががん患者であることに着目し，入院中のがん患者の自殺に関わった看護師に対するサポート経験をもつがん看護専門看護師（以下，がん看護CNS）と病棟管理者の実践知を活かした包括的マネジメントモデルを構築することである。本研究を達成するために，本年度は国内外の文献検討内容から，入院中のがん患者の自殺に関わった当該看護師と患者に関する情報収集や情報共有，サポートの内容，期間，サポートする必要性のある人的範囲をどのような思考から行動化へと移行しているのかを抽出し質問紙を作成する計画とした。2022年度は本研究の基盤となる文献検討を行った。国内論文は，医学中央雑誌Web版Version.5を用い「自殺」「支援」を検索語に検索条件を「原著」，検索期間を2010～2020年とし，国外論文は，PubMedを用い検索語を「inpatient suicide」「support on nurse」，検索条件を10year，Englishとした。選択基準は「自殺に遭遇した看護師，スタッフへのサポートに関する記述がある」こととした。その結果，国内，国外文献それぞれ66件，60件が抽出され，選択基準に合致した国内文献7件，国外文献3件を対象文献とした。結果，研究対象とされた医療施設の類型は，精神病院が6件，一般病院が3件，無記載が1件であった。文献を精読し調査票の項目を研究者間で精選し，入院中の患者の自殺の取り扱いルート，自殺があった時のがん看護CNSのアセスメント，関わりの内容などの項目を立て調査項目として検討している。

The aim of this study was to establish a framework for the practical knowledge of nursing staff (hereinafter referred to as CNS) and hospital managers, including the management of suicide among hospitalized patients. This study is based on a review of domestic and foreign literature on suicide, information collection and sharing among nurses and patients, and a plan for the preparation of a questionnaire on the necessity and scope of care. The results showed that there were 6 psychiatric hospitals, 3 general hospitals and 1 unrecorded medical facility. Articles were selected among investigators, including the selection of suicide cases in patients admitted to hospital, the selection of nursing CNS cases in patients admitted to hospital, and the selection of survey items related to the contents of the survey.
