観光地では環境変化が生じた際、付随してそのブランド価値にも影響し、観光地への訪問需要、すなわち当該地点の観光資源としての価値（レクリエーション価値：レク価値）への影響が懸念される。したがって運営主体は、レク価値の変化・影響等を事前に把握することが望ましい。レク価値は、例えば旅行費用法(TCM)に基づく仮想行動法(CBM)での計測が可能である。この手法にて観光地全体のレク価値を推計する際には、観光地への都道府県別訪問者数データが必要となる。しかし、関係自治体等作成の既存統計の多くは、訪問者の総数の把握にとどまり、精緻な評価を行うことが難しい状況である。サイト全体の価値推計に大きく影響する、精緻な訪問客数の分布作成手法の検討および提言を実施することは、将来的な環境変化が全国的に予測される今日において、当該自治体等の評価実務担当者にとって極めて有益であり、その社会的意義は大きいものと考える。本研究課題では前述の諸課題を解決するべく、令和元（平成31）年度までに、評価サイト（白川郷：岐阜県白川村）にて、訪問客が駐車する村営駐車場を対象にナンバープレート調査（分布の取得）を計画し、複数回実施した。その後、ナンバープレート調査より得られたデータをもとに解析作業に取り組み、評価サイトにおける季節別の居住地別訪問傾向の把握を試みた。なお得られた成果の一部については、国内学会にて複数回の口頭発表を実施した。令和4年度においては、過年度に引き続きナンバープレート調査から得たデータをもとにした解析作業を進めた。加えて、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策のための移動制限が緩和され、感染防止対策を図ったうえでの出張が可能となったことから、評価サイトに訪問し、現況再現性を考慮した分布作成に関して関係団体との連携を図った。

After the survey, the survey was conducted to determine the seasonal and residential visit tendency. A part of the achievements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has been implemented. In 2004, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a report on the implementation of the draft resolution. Add to this list a new type of infection control strategy, and a new type of infection control strategy.
