これまでの研究成果の一部公開、情報交換・共有を目的として、5月3-4日にイェーナ大学印欧語学講座と共同で国際ワークショップをハイブリッド形式で開催した。コロナ禍以降、中断していたイェーナ大学研究集会Jenaer Maikolloquiumを、本研究プロジェクトが資金を全面的に負担して参画するという形で、開催した。度重なるコロナ感染拡大のために２度の延期を余儀なくされたが、５月に開催された研究集会には、欧米、日本、中国などから、広い世代の印欧語学者が参加し、研究発表と議論を行った。本報告者も研究代表者としてワークショップ開催を企画、実施すると同時に同ワークショップにて研究成果を発表した。発表ではiによる重複を伴う語幹や鼻音挿入語幹が持つと言われてきた作為（factitive）の機能について問題提起を行った。目下、ワークショップ発表者を中心に重複（reduplication）の問題に携わる専門家による論考を集めた論文集の刊行を企画しており、ドイツの出版社と出版契約を結んだ。重複は現在語幹のみならず、アオリストや完了語幹などにも見られる、生産的な語幹形成法であるため、印欧語学、言語学の一線で活躍する研究者による最新の知見を集約した内容の論文集を刊行し、その成果を本研究プロジェクトに取り入れることを目指している。今のところ、重複の機能に関する新知見は見いだされていないが、今後もイェーナ大学を中心とする研究者と連携しながら、重複現在語幹の機能の解明を目指す。
