项目摘要

2020年度は、試用版の作文添削ソフトのTNR_WritingCorrectionとタグ付与ソフトのTNR_ErrorCorpusTaggerの不備を改善し、統計や検索の機能付きのYUK_ErrorConcを完成させた。実験してみた結果、正常に使用できるという結果であった。これによって、多言語コンコーダンサのYUK Corpus of English Writing Errors(2020)が完成した。新型コロナウイルスの影響が長引き、依然として海外出張や国内出張ができないため、インターネットを活用して少しずつ英語学習者の作文データを収集し、添削作業も続けてきた。英語学習のプロセスやメカニズムを解明するための手がかりになりうるデータになっている。より効率的に研究成果を広め、多くの英語教員や英語学習者に、作文添削ソフト、タグ付与ソフト、統計や検索の機能付きのYUK_ErrorConcを英語教育や英語学習に生かしてもらい、さらに、より多くの英語教員に、作文添削ソフトやタグ付与ソフトを使うことによって蓄積してきたデータを、リレーという形で、後続のコーパスの構築に参加してもらうため、中国語版の『英語写作偏誤語料庫的制作与運用／誤用研究や英語学習のための英語作文コンコーダンサーの構築と使用』の執筆も開始した。2021年3月時点で、三校が終了し、まもなく中国の浙江工商大学出版社により刊行される。同時に開発したYUK Corpus of English Writing Errors(2020)も無料で公開される。これにより、専門書の刊行と「『YUKタグ付き多言語母語話者英語学習者作文コーパス』を公開し、更にデータを増やしたうえで、当該分野の研究を深める」という研究目的はおおむね達成できた。
