项目摘要

本研究の目的は、スイス西部の都市フリブールを事例として、15，16世紀における都市と周辺地域の貴族との関係性を明らかにすることである。具体的には、この都市のA)市外市民権とB) Burgrechtについて考察する予定であった。本年度は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により中断していた特別研究員の採用を2023年2月に再開した。3月には、スイスのフリブールとベルンにおいて史料収集を行った。研究課題B)については、採用の中断により、これまで史料収集が行えず十分な研究結果には至らなかったが、研究課題A)に関しては、本年度にスイスと日本で論文を発表することができた。とくに、スイスでもまだ研究がなされていない史料や研究対象を考察し、現地の学術雑誌に論文を発表できた意義は大きいと考えている。この論文は、スイスの学術雑誌オンライン公開サイト（E- Periodica）において、近く公開される予定である。研究課題B）については、コロナの影響もあってまだ史料調査の段階ではあるが、今後、収集した史料を分析し、中近世スイス諸都市における市民、非市民を考察するとともに、都市間あるいは都市と周辺地域の中小貴族との関係性についても明らかにしていきたい。また、研究の方向性をやや転換して市民登録簿に記録された女性市民についても分析した。この分析結果については、フリブールの専門家と協議しながらスイスの学術雑誌に論文を発表する準備を進めている。今後は、女性だけではなく、市民のなかの特殊な存在、すなわちユダヤ人や聖職者らも含めて検討し、ドイツ語で論文執筆を進め、フリブールの学術雑誌に投稿することをめざしている（題目：Sondergruppen in der freiburgischen Buergerschaft）。
