项目摘要

本研究の目的は、放送の公共的役割を多種多様な問題の当事者が抱える「声なき声」の活性化と相互接続に位置付け、その課題をNHKの福祉番組『ハートネットTV』などの事例研究から明らかにすることである。今年度は本研究の成果の最終的な取りまとめを行った。具体的には『ハートネットTV』の分析から既に明らかにしている、オンライン空間における当事者の投稿に内在する複雑性をどのように表象するのかという課題を、ジャーナリズムにおける公共性規範というより広い論点と関連付け、博士学位申請論文の執筆に着手した（同論文は2022年度に提出する見通しである）。今年度に投稿した論文では、マスメディアが表象する現実とオーディエンスの認識する現実の間にある懸隔を埋める上で重要な観点が「大衆性」（popularity)や「真正性」（authenticity）にあることを、近年の動向を踏まえて論じた。そして、この観点と照らし合わせて、『ハートネットTV』や『クィア・アイ』などの番組に見られるメディアの異種混淆や視聴者参加を分析し直した。そして、以上の分析を踏まえて、事実／虚構、送り手／受け手、報道／娯楽などの異種混淆が進行し、「ジャーナリズム以外」のメディア・コンテンツとジャーナリズムが競合するメディア環境において、公共放送に期待されてきた公共性規範が相対化されており、メディアの相互接続性や儀礼性を活用することで個々人の経験を拾い上げる必要性を論証することができた。

The purpose of this study is to study the case of the NHK well-being group "Voice and Communication" among the parties involved in a variety of public service issues.
