项目摘要

本研究の目的は、第二次大戦後のアメリカで活躍した政治理論家ハンナ・アレント（1906-1975）の「自発性」の観点から彼女の教育と政治をめぐる議論に着目することを通じて、若者の政治参加における多面性を踏まえた主権者教育の理論的基盤を構想することである。本研究は、投票行動の促進に限らないより広い意味での若者の政治参加を射程に入れており、投票行動を念頭に置いていたこれまでの主権者教育研究の更なる発展を促すことができる。本年度は、新型コロナウィルスの感染状況等を鑑み、アレントの文献読解とそれに基づいた主権者教育理論の構想について現職の教員らと意見交換することを通じて、アレントの教育思想の可能性と限界について検討を進めてきた。具体的に遂行した研究課題は、以下の二点である。１：カントからアレントへ流れる「自発性」の系譜とルソーから「進歩主義教育」に流れる「自発性」の系譜を比較する。２：アレントの「自発性」に基いた初等・中等教育に適用可能な主権者教育の理論的基盤の構想を行う。一点目については、アレントのルソー批判が展開されている『革命について』を中心にして、アレントとアレントが論じるルソーの異同について検討を行った。二点目については、定期的に現職教員らと交流する中で、アレントの論じる「自発性」を保守する教育の可能性と限界について検討を行った。これらの研究成果については、現在投稿論文として発表する準備を進めている。

The purpose of this study is to speculate on the theoretical basis of the "self-development" of the political theorist Hwang Nang Nang (1906-1975) after the Second Great Depression. This study aims to promote the development of educational research on voting action and its implications for political participation. This year, we will examine and discuss the possibility and limitation of new types of educational ideas, such as the infection status of new types of educational ideas, the basic theory of education, the assumption of in-service teachers, and the possibility and limitation of educational ideas. The specific research topics are as follows: 1. Comparison of the genealogy of "self-development" and "progressive education". 2. The basic idea of "self-development" in elementary and secondary education is applied to the theory of possible independent education. A point of view, the failure of the collection of criticism, the development of the "revolution" to the center, the failure of the collection of discussion, the similarities and differences between the collection of criticism The second point is to discuss the possibility of education and the limitation of regular on-the-job teachers. The results of this research will be published in the journal, and the papers will be submitted in the journal.
