本年度も前年度に引き続いて、ロシア科学アカデミーシベリア支部が定期的に刊行している新聞スクラップ『ダイジェストプレス』を収集し、データソースとして利用可能な状態にするため、これら素材のテキスト化を行った。日本のマスメディアによって報道されるロシア情報は、ウクライナ問題や原油価格の暴落による経済危機についてが大半を占め、他の情報に関しては殆ど触れられないケースが多い。しかし『ダイジェストプレス』ではこれらの問題以外にもロシアの大学教育改革やロシア科学アカデミーの改組などに関する問題も多数収録されており、政府と現場、双方の立場を比較的公正に見ることができる。従ってロシアの学術政策および現状を客観的に評価、理解するための素材として有益な資料収集が達成できたと言える。現在ネット上には有料で利用可能なロシア新聞データベースが存在している。これらはアルヒーフの閲覧も可能であるが、最新情報に関しては一般に流通している新聞しか収録されていない。しかし、本研究ではシベリア、特にノボシビルスクの住民が出版しているローカル新聞もカバーしているため、この地方の情報を得るには貴重なコレクションである。今回、科学アカデミーの改組に関連し、ロシア科学アカデミー最大の地方支部であるシベリア支部の動向やノボシビルスク大学との関係が注目されるが、これらに関しての情報も網羅できた点で、「特徴あるロシア新聞データベースを構築するためのソース蓄積」という面での成果は得られた。一方で、システムそのものの構築に関しては計画通りに作業を進めることができなかった。本年度でプロトタイプの全文検索データベースシステムを作成する予定であったが、実際に利用するに便利と言えるようなシステムは構築できなかった。これまで蓄積した有益なデータソースを利用するため、どんなに時間を必要としてもシステム構築を遂行することが望ましい。

In the past year, the Science and Technology Department has published news on a regular basis to collect, improve and utilize materials that are available in the state. In addition to the above problems, the university education reform and scientific restructuring are related to the majority of the problems, including the fairness of the comparison between the positions of the government and the field. The academic policy and status quo of the university are reviewed and understood by the guests, and the useful data set is collected to achieve the goal. Now, there is information available that can be used to create new information. The latest information is available for general circulation. This study is aimed at providing information on local issues and issues. In this paper, the reorganization of science and technology is related to the development of science and technology, the largest local branch, the trend of science and technology branches, the relationship between science and technology, and the relationship between science and technology universities. On one side, the construction of the system is related to the progress of the plan and the work. This year, the full text of the search results will be created in advance, and the actual use of the results will be facilitated. It is hoped that the accumulated beneficial digital services can be utilized and the system construction can be carried out without any time necessary.
