Development of training methods for teachers aimed at emergent trust type class managemennt

本研究从自创生理论的观点出发，探讨近年来新兴的信任阶层制造，以支持基于人类意识的儿童自主性发展，培育生存能力。本研究以教师培训生与在职教师为研究对象，发现下列结果：比班衍生出的领导走向了涌现班是一个优秀的老师，是一个成熟的群体。从学生之间相互认可的领导力转移到学生之间的三个因素，即教师与学生之间的关系、学生与教师之间的信任重建、学生与教师之间的支持，提出了新兴课堂是鼓励学生自主成长的一种方式。
