After developed disorder-specific cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), we have gotten an idea the pathologically specific CBT program for depression would be more effective. In the program, we considered that the patient's age and gender would be important factors. In this study, we used animal model to examine the gender difference in fear response and its extinction, and the effect of social interaction for the therapy results. From the clinical point of view, by surveying high school students, female students showed more depressive mood and social anxiety than male students. We developed a new CBT protocol for the adolescent female depression.

在发展了障碍特异性认知行为疗法（CBT）之后，我们认为针对抑郁症的病理特异性认知行为疗法会更有效。在方案中，我们考虑到患者的年龄和性别将是重要的因素。在本研究中，我们采用动物模型来检验恐惧反应及其消退的性别差异，以及社会互动对治疗效果的影响。从临床角度来看，通过对高中生的调查，女学生表现出比男学生更多的抑郁情绪和社交焦虑。我们为青春期女性抑郁症开发了一种新的认知行为治疗方案。
