项目摘要

In this study, labolatory and field experiments were carried out in order to establish the nitrogen removal techniques of intermittent aeration and its operational method, for the development of new sewage treatment method, which was adaptable to the small-scale sewage treatment facilities such as those of rural community.In the actual sewage treatment facilities in small-scale, sewage inflow had great fluctuations for one day cycle, namely two peaks of 6-9 a.m. and 6-10 p.m. were observed with the pollution concentration. Therefore, the pollution load of sewage could be characterized by the great hourly changes in small-scale treatment facilities.The results of laboratory experiment of activated sludge method with intermittent aeration showed that the treatment was able to cope with such a great changes in load, showing the nitrogen removal rate higher than 70%, when the concentration of MLSS was kept at rather high between 5000 and 5500 mg/L, even when the condition of low water temperature at 8゜C.Since in winter season the activity of activated sludge was lowered because of low water temperature, high rate removal of nitrogen could be maintained when the concentration of MLSS was kept at rather high and the total aeration time was reduced according to the changes of DO. Field experiments using the actual sewage treatment facility showed the same results as those in laboratory.Finally self-control system of intermittent aeration treatment was proposed in which the individual aeration time and the removal of excess sludge were controlled by means of the measurement of sedimentation of sludge surface using the optical sensor.
本研究通过室内和现场试验,建立间歇曝气脱氮工艺及其运行方法,开发适合农村小区等小型污水处理设施的新型污水处理方法。在实际的小型污水处理设施中,污水进水量在一天周期内波动较大,即污染浓度在上午6-9时和下午6-10时出现两个峰值。间歇曝气活性污泥法的实验室试验结果表明,该工艺能够科普这种负荷的大幅度变化,脱氮率可达70%以上,当MLSS浓度在5000 ~ 5500 mg/L之间时,即使在8 ℃的低水温条件下,活性污泥的活性也会降低。由于冬季水温低,活性污泥的活性降低,保持较高的MLSS浓度,根据DO的变化缩短曝气时间,可以保持较高的脱氮率。最后提出了间歇曝气处理自控系统,通过光电传感器测量污泥表面沉降量来控制单独曝气时间和剩余污泥的去除量。
