The object of this study is to realize fitting a electrical powered soulder prosthesis and a functional artificial legs for a peculiar case to cut off his arms and legs from 1986 to 1987.However, our plan of walking motion by the artificial legs in 1987 has become impracticable because of a disease of the diabetes. So that, we have chiefly developed to establish a field test of electrical prosthesis, a training of operation and a technical support of it in 1987.The electrical powered prosthesis with highly rigid and light weight has become possible by the development of space linkage mechanism of a shoulder. The structure of a hand part is to easily change a hook type and a cosmetic hand by the quick changing system. And then, the frame fitting body has been able tgo manufacture by appliying a CAD/CAM technics to a produced frame.The function and effectiveness of above knee and below knee prosthesis was confirmed by the field test of the subject except for this study, and then a walking with quick steps has become possible.The main results of the field test of electrical prosthesis are as follows:(1)We have completed a training device to fit a prosthesis by a jaw switch and have been able to improve the operation ratio of about 90% as a result ofthe training for three months.(2)The prosthesis of a trial manufacture could operate the movements of eating,drinking and turning over pages of a book, and then this field test is continuing now.
本研究的目的是为1986年至1987年的一位截肢病人安装电动假肢和功能性假腿。但由于糖尿病,我们在1987年提出的用假腿行走的计划已无法实施。为此,我们于1987年主要开展了建立电动假肢现场试验、操作训练和技术支持的研究工作。肩关节空间连杆机构的研制,使高刚性、轻重量的电动假肢成为可能。手部件的结构是通过快速更换系统容易地更换钩型和装饰性手。在此基础上,应用CAD/CAM技术,对所生产的假肢进行加工,使假肢装配体得以生产。除本研究外,膝上假肢和膝下假肢的功能和有效性均得到了受试者现场试验的证实,从而使快步行走成为可能。(1)我们完成了一个训练装置,通过一个颌骨开关安装修复体,并已能够提高约90%的手术率,作为三个月的培训结果。(2)试制的假肢可以进行吃饭、喝水、翻书等动作,现正在进行现场试验。
