项目摘要
In order to obtain alloy design conditions for high strenght aluminum alloy,especially with high stiffness and high thermal stability. Al-8wt%Fe and Al-8wt%Fe-1wt%Zr alloys prepared from rapidly solidified ribbons and SiC whisker/aluminum composites processed by high pressure squeeze casting were characterized microscopically, calorimetrically and mechanically.1. Rapidly solidified ribons are consist of super solid solution with dendritic-cell structures. Fine dispersoids of metastable phase L_6Fe in the cell bounarices become coare in annealing at temperatures high than 350゜C,resulting in sortening in ribbons. The addition of zirconium does not alter the microstructure,but suppress the coasening of dispersoids, and then the thermal stability is asstained.2. Exteusion make longirudinal direction of ribbons align parallel to extrusion direction, resulting in laminated structure. The growth of disprtsoids during hot compactiopn,de-sagging and hot extrucsion is suppessed by zirconum addition. It has the pinning errect on subgrains and dispersoids and the precpitation harcdening effect by Al_3Zr spherical pahse.3. SiC whisker/aluminum composites processed by high pressure squeeze casting merhod have extremely sound interface between SiC whiskers and matric and have no void defects. In SiC whisker/Al-Cu-Mg of Al-Zn-Cu alloy composites, the hardness value at as-quenched state is very high and it is retained until stage of over aging.
为了获得高强度铝合金,特别是高刚度和高热稳定性的合金设计条件。对快速凝固薄带制备的Al-8wt%Fe和Al-8wt%Fe-1wt%Zr合金以及高压挤压铸造SiC晶须/铝复合材料进行了微观、量热和力学表征。 1.快速凝固的带由具有树突状细胞结构的超固溶体组成。在高于350゜C的退火温度下,晶胞硼砂中亚稳相L_6Fe的细小弥散体变成颗粒,导致带状分选。锆的加入不改变微观结构,但抑制弥散体的凝聚,从而保证热稳定性。2.挤出使带材的纵向与挤出方向平行,形成层状结构。添加锆抑制了热压实、脱垂和热挤压过程中双相析出体的生长。对亚晶粒和弥散体具有钉扎作用,并具有Al_3Zr球相的沉淀硬化作用。 3.采用高压挤压铸造方法加工的SiC晶须/铝复合材料,SiC晶须与基体之间的界面极为完好,无空洞缺陷。在SiC晶须/Al-Cu-Mg Al-Zn-Cu合金复合材料中,淬火状态下的硬度值非常高,并且一直保持到过时效阶段。
