本年度は、研究実施計画に基づき、2022年9月から1か月間、全国の7市町村において、保育者を対象とした「自記式質問紙調査」をweb上にて行った。調査に至るまでの期間（4月～8月）は、各調査対象地の担当部署に直接訪問し、詳細な研究内容を伝えた後、各市町村の教育長、課長宛てに正式な研究の依頼状を発送した。その後、各市町村の担当者より所轄内の保育現場の所属長宛に本研究協力依頼文書と共に、調査開始日には、調査用紙のURLが配信された。調査終了後は、一部の回答の分析をテキストマイニングの手法を用いて行った。また、本年度の調査は、7市町村の保育者367名を分析対象者として行った結果となったが、保育者一人一人の思いを探究するためには、内容分析も必要となるため、量的な分析と共に、質的な分析も同時に進めている。本研究では、保育現場におけるギフテッドの実態を把握するための調査を行い、そこから導き出される課題を検討した上で、ギフテッドに対する保育の支援策を講じることを最終的な目的として掲げているが、本実践は、その第一段階として位置づけている。その中で、「保育者のギフテッドに対する認識」に着目した研究結果については、所属大学の研究紀要に掲載した。（「保育現場におけるギフテッドの現状と支援に関わる基礎的研究‐保育者のギフテッドに対する認識について- 神戸親和女子大学 児童教育学研究第42号 2023年2月発刊)

This year, the research implementation plan was launched on September 2022, and the "self-recording questionnaire survey" was launched on the web in 7 cities and villages nationwide. During the investigation period (April to August), the personnel responsible for the deployment of each investigation site shall directly visit, and the detailed research contents shall be transmitted to the heads of education and departments of each city and village. The research collaboration depends on the document, the date of investigation, and the URL of the investigation paper. After the investigation, a part of the answer is analyzed. This year, 367 conservationists in 7 cities and villages were analyzed. The results showed that one conservationist thought about it. The content analysis was necessary. The qualitative analysis was carried out simultaneously. This study aims to understand the state of conservation in the field, to investigate and guide the development of conservation in the field, and to discuss conservation support strategies in the field. The results of the study were published in the Journal of the University to which they belong.
