项目摘要

本年度は、前年度に引き続き、犯罪（非行）少年に対する集中内観法（吉本内観法）の効果について、主に心理検査（ロールシャッハ・テスト、ＰＦスタディ等）を通して考査した。内観法による変容のプロセスが先行研究、研究者によって様々述べられているが、成人を対象としていることが多かった。そのため、犯罪（非行）少年の認知側面の変容にはとても成人のようには至らない事例があった。認知、情緒、社会性等に軽微な遅れや偏りが見受けられる少年も含まれており、犯罪（非行）少年の事例検討を通して、未成熟の段階からの発達心理学的な視点について考察することが重要と考えた。事例検討の結果、成人と犯罪（非行）少年の認知面の違いはあるが、家族関係（対人関係）の体験記憶を通して他者と自己のグッドイメージ（肯定的な内的作業モデル）を得て自己肯定感が高まるという点では高い共通性があると考えられた。また、成人ほど積極的とまでは言えないが、犯罪（非行）少年の内観へのモチベーションが認められた。その結果、内観法は非行や犯罪など問題行動に焦点を当てた手法ではない（内観３項目：していただいたこと、迷惑をかけたこと、して返したこと）にも関わらず、「自問自答」するプロセスを経て、犯罪被害者やその家族の立場になって相手の心情に思いを至らせる等、犯罪（非行）少年自らプロブレムフォーカスする契機になっていた。次年度は、認知能力を中心に、集中内観後の自己理解、他者理解の深まりとの関連について論考したいと考える。
