项目摘要

社交不安は，現実あるいは想像上の社会的状況において，他者からの評価に直面したり，またそれを予測することから生じる不安状態であり，強い不安感により日常生活に支障がでることもある。近年，社交不安者に特徴的な認知バイアスの改善を目的とした新しい介入法である認知バイアス修正（CBM：Cognitive Bias Modification）アプローチが提唱されている。解釈バイアスに修正に焦点を当てたアプローチは，解釈バイアス修正(CBM-I：Cognitive Bias Modification for Interpretation)と呼ばれ，具体的には，結末があいまいな社交場面のシナリオを呈示し，それを比較的ポジティブに解釈する課題を繰り返し行い，状況をネガティブに解釈する傾向を低減させる手法である。欧米では多くの実証研究が行われているが，日本では，社交不安を対象としたCBM-Iを実施した例は確認されていないため，著者は大学生96名を対象にCBM-Iの効果検証を行った（泉水・寺島, 2019）。その結果，CBM-Iで肯定的な解釈を促すことにより，社交不安症状，否定的な解釈に一定程度の弱い低減効果があることが明らかになった。この弱い低減効果は，CBM-Iのメタ分析研究でも報告されており，先行研究で指摘された問題点を踏まえると，CBM-Iの効果を高めるためには，①対象の選定，②フィードバックの表示，③不安症状や認知バイアス傾向の低減や情動的な脆弱性を目標変数とした介入法，④アクセシビリティの高い訓練媒体(スマートフォン用アプリケーション)，⑤実施手続きの改善(訓練内容の明確化，進捗状況の表示，個人にカスタマイズした課題提示)が必要であると考えられる。令和4年度は，社交不安に効果的なCBM-Iを検討するために，実験課題を修正して60名に実験を実施した（泉水・寺島, 2022）。

Social unrest, now imagine the social situation, others, evaluation, face up to, predict, produce, uneasy state, strong sense of insecurity, obstacles in daily life. In recent years, Cognitive Bias Modification (CBM) has been used to improve the cognitive characteristics of socially disturbed persons. CBM-I (Cognitive Bias Modification for Interpretation) is a method of reducing the tendency of social situations to be resolved. In Japan, the CBM-I study was conducted by 96 college students.(Izumi Terajima, 2019) The CBM-I is positive, the social disturbance symptoms are negative, and the results are weak. The CBM-I analysis study was conducted in the following ways: (1) selection of objects;(2) presentation of objects;(3) identification of anxiety symptoms;(4) reduction of cognitive tendency; and (5) targeted intervention.(The training content is clarified, the progress status is indicated, and the topic is suggested). In the fourth year of Linghe, the CBM-I, which has the effect of social unrest, was reviewed, and the actual project was revised and implemented by 60 people (Quanshui·Terajima, 2022).
