令和4年度は次の研究目的を達成するための調査・分析を行った．1) 鳥取県内の複数の集落組織とその住民に対して調査を実施し，共助活動への協力意向に寄与する要素を明らかにすること，2) 住民参加による課題解決型学習の取り組みを実施し，共助活動に対する準備に寄与する要素を明らかにすること2については令和5年度に引き続き実施する予定である．1については具体的には次の通りである．【背景と目的】住民による送迎支援や買い物代行といった新たな共助活動の実現には，住民のスキルや態度といった個人に関する要因や集落の雰囲気や組織体制といった組織に関する要因があると考えられる．しかし，それぞれの要因が共助活動に対してどのような影響を与えているのか明らかではない．そこで，共助活動の実現可能性を高める要因および各要因と共助活動の関係性を明らかにし，地域運営組織の共助活動の支援策に役立てる．【手　　　法】鳥取県内の4つの地域運営組織に対しアンケート調査を実施し，968名より回答が得られた．心理的安全性，リーダーシップ，パフォーマンスの仮説に基づき共分散構造分析を行った．調査票の作成にあたり令和3年度の調査項目も用いた．【結　　　果】共助活動への協力意向を直接的に高める要素は住民の経験や考え集落の体制であること，その他の要素も間接的に協力意向に影響を与えていることがわかった．さらに，住民の情報共有は集落活動への参加を促進する可能性があること，新たな共助活動に対する準備には，企画に関するもの，体制づくりに関するもの，連携に関するものがあり，それらが段階的に共助活動への協力意向に影響を与えていることもわかった．
