研究遂行に必要な物品の整理、購入を行った。さらに臨床試験を行うにあたり問題となる点を洗い出し院内の研究協力課の職員と打ち合わせを行い体制を整えた。新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、職員の就業停止が相次いだことや教室内の人員が減少したことで、臨床エフォートが増加したため実際には研究開始には至らなかったが、富山大学附属病院乳腺外科医師との連携や、富山大学大学院システム情動科学の大学院生との打ち合わせは引き続き行っている。また、システム情動科学の大学院生だけでなく、教室内でも研究遂行補助者を確保した。本研究では遷延性術後痛(chronic postsurgical pain:CPSP)の発症が多いとされる乳がん手術を受ける患者を対象とし、術前、術後急性期・慢性期にお いてウィスコンシンカードソーティングテスト(Wisconsin card sorting test:WCST)および FEPタスク(fist-edge-palm task:FEPT)中の前頭前野の脳血行動態を近赤外分光法(near infrared spectroscopy:NIRS)を用いて、その変化を解析する。今回、NIRSを用いた測定はポータブルのNIRS機器を用いる方針としたため、その使用方法を確認し測定プログラムを再構築し、予備試験を行い研究プロトコールの見直しを行った。本年度研究準備が更に整ったことで来年度のスムーズな研究遂行が期待できる。
