新型コロナウイルス感染症のパンデミックにより、医学生の実習において、シュミレーション教育やオンライン実習の導入が急速に進められており、オンライン 教育での学生評価の重要性が高まっている。本研究では、オンライン会議ツールZoomを用いてオンライン模擬医療面接を実施し、複数の指導医が簡易版臨床能力 評価法:mini-CEX (mini-clinical evaluation exercise)による評価を行い、その信頼性を検証する。オンラインでの学生評価の信頼性が証明されれば、対面実習が限られる社会情勢なか、医学実習の質向上、ならびに高い臨床能力を持つ医師の養成につながることが期待される。 研究1年間の２０２１年度には、文献渉猟、研究計画、評価者へのDFDなど研究準備を進めており、研究2年目の2022年度には、介入を実施し、学生にZoomを用いたオンライン模擬医療面接を行い、録画した動画を複数の評価者により評価を行った。また、研究結果の内容を深く探究するため、質的研究のために、介入後に学生ならびに評価者を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを行った。　それらの介入後、量的研究の統計解析、及び質的研究の文字起こしや内容分析を開始している。

The importance of student evaluation in the rapid development of new types of HIV infection, medical students 'practice, education and practice is highly emphasized. In this study, we conducted a series of clinical competency assessment methods, including mini-CEX (mini-clinical evaluation exercise), assessment of clinical competence, and reliability assessment. The credibility of student evaluations is evidenced by the quality of medical practice, the quality of medical practice, and the high clinical ability of physicians. In the year of 2021, the study was conducted on the basis of literature review, research plan, evaluation of DFD, study preparation progress, and in the year of 2022, the study was conducted on the basis of intervention, student Zoom, simulation of medical interface, recording of animation, and evaluation of multiple evaluations. The content of the research results is deeply explored, and the quality of the research is analyzed. Statistical analysis of quantitative and qualitative research after intervention and content analysis.
