目的：SGA(Small for Gestational Age)児として出生した児の睡眠状況と将来の発達や生活習慣病との関連について検討することとした。方法：厚労省が実施した21世紀出生時縦断調査の結果を用いて解析を行った。除外データは、出生体重、出生時在胎週数のデータのない児、また42週以降に出生した児とした。対象者をSGA児（n=3,738)、AGA(Appropriate for Gestational Age):regerenceカテゴリー（n=37,530)、LGA(Large for Gestational Age)（n=5,295)の3群に分類し、2歳6か月、7歳の時点における睡眠状況についてOR（95％CI）を算出した。結果：睡眠状況は、起床時間（9時以前/9時以降または不規則）、就寝時間（22時以前/22時以降または不規則）とした。調整変数は、在胎週数、性別、母親の出産数、母親の喫煙習慣、教育歴とした。結果は、AGA児と比べ、SGA児において有意なオッズ比は認められなかった。一方、AGA児に比べてLGA児においてはすべての項目においてオッズ比が高かった。考察：調整変数ならびに児のカテゴリー化やアウトカムの項目についても再度検討を行い、SGA児の睡眠状況についてこれまでの研究成果とも比較しながら解析を行う予定とする。

Objective: SGA (Small for Gestation Age) is the most important factor in the development of children's sleep and lifestyle. Methods: To analyze the results of birth diagnosis survey in the 21st century. Except for birth weight, birth age, birth weight, birth weight.
