本研究では，妊娠糖尿病既往女性を対象に，産後の時間経過に沿ってアンケート調査を複数回実施し，産後6か月，1年，1年6か月，2年の各時点における妊娠糖尿病既往女性の「食生活」「耐糖能検査の受検」「身体活動」について，健康行動の実践状況と，健康行動への影響要因との関連を定量的に明らかにすることを目的としている。調査実施のため医療機関の外部からの研究協力依頼受け入れ状況について情報収集を行ったが，新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響による医療機関の業務負担ひっ迫は継続しており，近隣医療機関の産科病棟への協力依頼は困難な状況があった。関連の学術集会に参加し，妊娠糖尿病女性の診療及びフォローアップの動向に関する知見を得たほか，2022年度は，本研究の先行調査（博士論文「妊娠糖尿病既往女性の健康行動モデルの構築」）を投稿し（掲載は2023年度），本研究の調査開始に向けて，先行調査の結果から構築した妊娠糖尿病既往女性の健康行動概念モデルを，査読者の意見も参考に洗練させた。

In this study, women with gestational diabetes had symptoms in the past, and then they were given exercise at the same time.
