高齢人口の増加に伴い、介護・看護を担う人的資源の不足が深刻する中、こうした問題に対しICT・IRT技術を活用した高齢者支援への期待が高まっている。しかしながら、機器の適合が十分ではないために、導入した後に継続して使用できないケースが少なくない。本研究では，認知症高齢者の自伝的記憶に応じた声掛け手法のロボット技術への応用を目指し、自伝的記憶特性に係わる基礎的な実験と認知症高齢者の生活をロボット技術によって支援する応用的な実験の両側面から研究を推進する．基礎的な実験から課題状況における文脈的な情報が視覚運動処理に影響を与えることが明らかになった。過去の研究では高齢者は文脈情報を使って記憶へアクセスすることが若年者より困難であることがわかっているため、ロボットによる情報支援が文脈情報として補助的な役割を果たすのか検討する必要があると考えられた。高齢者の生活場面における情報支援ロボットの使用状況を把握するため、これまでに独居高齢者の在宅に情報支援ロボットを設置し生活支援を行う応用実験を行った。本年度はICレコーダにより記録した会話の音声データの書き起こし・解析を行った。発話頻度の時間的変化の解析から、ロボット導入直後には発話頻度は減少に転じるものの、ロボット導入から６か月が経過してもロボットとの会話の頻度に変化がないことが確認できた。会話内容の質的な分析では、個人間のばらつきが大きく、会話内容は多岐にわたることが確認できた。
