1.The single species exposure experiments were completed.(1)Completed the exposure experiments of Daphnia: The results show that D. magna can ingest MP particles whose density is higher than water;(2)Completed the exposure experiments of Zebrafish: The experimental results are still being analyzed and will be published as a article in the future.2.Part of the microcosm exposure experiments was completed.(1)Established experimental microcosm: Seven microorganisms were used to form the microcosms with basic material cycle functions;(2)Completed the two-species food chain exposure experiments: The effect of microplastic on Chlorella and Daphnia were investigated in the microcosms.3.3 international conference presentations have been given, and 2 papers have been written and one has been submitted.
