项目摘要

本調査の目的の達成に向けて、研究協力者とコミュニケーションしつつ、研究計画を一部修正しながら進めている。本研究の現在までの達成度は以下のとおりである。(1) ポストコロナの動きの中で対面によるやり取りが可能となってきており、インドネシア・ベトナム・フィリピンを中心に研究協力者とのさらなる連携活動を計画した。実際、インドネシア・ベトナム・フィリピンの3カ国に実際に足を運び、本研究の論点につき深く意見交換することができた。研究を進める中でわかってきた農林水産業と障害者の暗黙知を明示するため、周辺国の農林水産業に従事する障害者の取り組みにも聞き取りを行った。(2) 農福連携など様々な分野との連携活動に関する実践事例を集約するため、全国社会福祉協議会/全国社会就労センター協議会による農福連携等に関するワーキンググループメンバーの役割を担った。研究者は数ある事例の中からベトナムに関する事例を担当することになり、本研究に関連させつつ内容をまとめた。(3) 主に障害者の暗黙知に焦点を当てる本研究に関連して、ベトナムの障害者就労や福祉現場の人材育成に関係する書籍を出版した。上記は、3カ国を中心に東南アジアの農村部で活躍する障害者が持つユニークな暗黙知の特定を意図したことから積み上げてきた知見である。その一部が書籍や日本の主要な障害者団体による出版物に掲載されたことには手応えを感じている。発信してきたからこそ広がった具体的な2年目となった。

The goal of this study is to achieve progress, research collaborators and research plan. This study is now completed in the following ways.
