本研究は、人々の健康やウェルビーイングな状態を目指し、医療関係者や芸術関係者が協働で医療現場でのアート・デザイン活動に取り組む共創的な実践モデルを開発することを目的としている。本年度は、以下に取り組んだ。１）日本の医療現場におけるアート・デザイン活動のマッピングと体系化について分析を行った。さらに追加での文献調査を行い、その変遷を整理した。今後は、調査結果を分析し、論文投稿等を通じて成果を公表する予定である。２）医療・福祉・教育現場におけるアート・デザイン活動の導入状況について、先進的事例の実施調査及び実践者へのヒアリング調査を行った。今後、調査対象を増やし、実践者に対して対面及びオンラインを併用して、調査を実施する予定である。３）共創的活動の実践モデルの設計に向けて、つくば市内の病院において、以下の実践を試行した。まず、令和3年度に取り組んだ小児病棟における子供の主体性向上および子供と職員のコミュニケーション促進を目指したツールの開発について、令和4年度は病棟でのプレテストを行う予定であったが、新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響等の影響により実施不可であったため、令和5年度に実施する予定である。病院職員と患者・家族間、職員間のコミュニケーションの促進を目指し、実施した病院職員を被写体とする写真展の実践について、本写真展に関わった職員、患者などへのインタビュー調査およびアンケート調査の分析を行ったが、論文投稿等には至っていないため、今後は成果を公表する予定である。
