本研究の実績として、2022年10月30日に日本国際政治学会2022年度研究大会の平和研究分科会Ⅱ において、発表ペーパーを執筆し、研究報告を行った。報告は、国連で平和愛好という表現の使用が減少しているという事実から、平和愛好の意味の変容に着目し、どのようにその意味が変容したのかを明らかにするものであった。この報告では、平和愛好という表現が、国連での国家間の交流を通じて、社会主義から非同盟を意味するものへと変化し、冷戦後には小さく弱いことを意味するものへと変化したという主張を提示した。この主張を提示するべく、本研究はでは、国連総会の文書を網羅的に調査し、確認した6,000を超える平和愛好という表現の頻度の推移を提示した。さらに、平和愛好という表現と共に使用される表現を分析することで、その意味の変容を示した。特に重要な点として、この報告では、平和愛好の意味の変容を量的に分析に、グラフを提示して可視化したことにある。この報告に対し、討論者の一人は、「平和愛好」概念の意味の変化を国際関係の実際の変化と関連づけることで、報告の重要性の理解が容易になることを指摘した。また別の討論者は、平和愛好は集合的アイデンティティとは言えないし、法学的に希薄な概念だが、反侵略などの否定命題ではなく、規範的に内容を規定して有益な概念にできるかといった指摘を行った。このような討論者の指摘に対して、特定の加盟国を平和愛好国でないとして国連から除外する動きが見られることが、国際関係への影響といえること、また、「我が国は平和愛好国である」または「他の平和愛好国とともに」といった加盟国代表の発言から、平和愛好が集団的アイデンティティを構成するものであることを指摘した。

This research was completed on October 30, 2022 at the 2022 Japan Society of International Politics Annual Research Conference, and the research report was prepared. The report shows that the use of flat and medium hobbies has decreased, and the meaning of flat and medium hobbies has changed.
