项目摘要

当該研究につき、主に、次の２つの点において成果を得ることができた。1. 過去の研究成果に、2022年度の成果を追加する形で、当該研究課題に関する書籍『グローバルリスクとしての海外腐敗行為ー内部統制機能不全の克服に果たす経営者の役割』を出版した。報告者は、これまですでに、約10年にわたって当該研究課題に関連する研究を行ってきた。この成果をもとに、当該研究の計画に沿って、2022年度に企業倫理における国際学会の大会（ISBEE）に参加し、そこで研究報告を行うことで、当該分野のエキスパートと意見交換を行うとともに、ネットワーキングを行った。ここで報告した内容に、学会報告において得られた意見をもとに修正を加える形で内容を整理し、これを論文「日本企業による海外腐敗行為防止の取り組み状況―組織の視点から考える制度のすきま」『麗澤経済研究』2023年として執筆した。さらに、この内容を一つの章として取り上げる形で、上述の書籍を出版することができた。2. 国内のマーケティングリサーチ会社と協力し、「ビジネスと人権」に関するケースをもとにしたアンケート調査を実施するため、同社と共同で、ケースと選択肢の作成に着手した。このアンケートで取り上げるケースの一部には、当該研究分野の主要な課題である「海外腐敗行為」が含まれている。ここで得られたデータをもとに、当該研究で示された仮説を実証することができると期待している。2022年度には、すでにパイロット調査を実施し、データを入手することができた。2023年度に向けて、このデータの分析にも着手しており、ここで得られた結果をもとに、アンケートに用いるケースと選択肢を修正し、新たに調査を行うことで、本格的な分析を行うためのデータを入手する。
