项目摘要

本研究の目的は、医療における医療機関と患者の価値共創プロセスや、組織体制、価値共創によってもたらされる成果について検討することである。具体的には、特に患者エンゲージメントが病院の患者経験に与える効果に着目し、医療分野、マーケティング分野での既存研究から、医療における患者エンゲージメントの構成概念を精緻化し、実証研究を通じて検証をする。この目的を達成するため、（１）患者エンゲージメントの文献レビュー、事例調査、（２）患者との価値共創の成果の調査という２つの課題を設定している。初年度となる令和４年度は（１）患者エンゲージメントに関する文献のレビューを行った。特に、患者・市民参画（Patient Public Involvement）と患者経験価値（Patient Experience：PX）について焦点を当て、文献調査を行った。文献調査は半ばであるが、2022年10月にそこまでに得られた知見についてまとめ、「患者参加型の質改善、経営改善」と題した学会発表を行った。また、同学会での企画を通じて、世界および日本における患者経験価値調査を通じた医療の質評価について、理論的背景、最近の実施状況や得られた成果について情報収集をするとともに、当該の研究者と意見交換を行った。ここまでの文献調査からは、患者エンゲージメントや患者・市民参画が医療機関の経営や質改善に与える影響については未だ整理がなされていないように思われたため、スコーピングレビューの実施をすることとして、準備を進めた。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship between medical institutions and patients, organizational structure, and results of value creation. The specific patient information and results of the hospital are focused on the medical field, the existing research field, the medical field, the patient information and the composition concept are refined, and the actual research is conducted. To achieve this goal,(1) literature review and case investigation of patients,(2) investigation of results of patients and value creation, and (3) setting of topics. In the first year and the fourth year, the patient's name is (1). Special, Patient Public Involvement, Patient Experience (PX), Focus, Literature Research The literature survey was conducted in October 2022, and the topic "Quality improvement of patient participation type and management improvement" was published. In addition, the planning of the class reunion is open, patient value surveys around the world and in Japan are open, medical quality evaluation is open, theoretical background, recent implementation status, and results obtained are important, and information collection and exchange of opinions among researchers are conducted. The literature survey on this issue includes the following aspects: patient care, patient participation, patient and citizen participation, improvement of the management quality of medical institutions, and improvement of the management quality.
