地域労働市場におけるマッチング機能として、大学、企業、行政が地域コンソーシアムとして実施した首都圏からの中核人材の地方中小企業への還流事業を調査した。首都圏中核人材が地方中小企業で就労体験を行い、移住を決意するまでの経験やその中での葛藤、マッチングの成否に対する労働者側の主張やその背景などについてインタビュー調査を行った。また、インタビュー調査の準備として参加者全員の報告書資料から、首都圏中核人材と地方中小企業の期待の差や就労現場でとみられた両者の意識のズレの調整プロセスをテキスト分析した。この成果は、地域レベルで行う職業訓練制度の意義と課題の視点からまとめ、発表した。また、就労阻害要因を持つ労働者や求職者の支援について、中間的就労モデル事業を行っている釧路市を訪れ、行政と社会的企業との連携について調査を実施した。この調査では、行政と社会的企業や関連組織との役割分担や権限の範囲、両者の役割決定の背景についてインタビュー調査を行った。また、事業継承課題や組織文化づくりなど、各組織間だけでなく各組織内のガバナンスについても継続調査を行っている。この調査内容については、引き続き関係期間への調査を行いつつ、分析内容をまとめて報告、発表を行う。その他には、2025年度以降のデンマーク調査の準備として、オーデンセ市のジョブセンターの組織や職務分担に関する事前調査を行うとともに、3月に現地調査を行った。この成果については、研究会内で報告をし、発表のための準備を進めている。
