本研究では、ポストコロナに期待される大学授業の形のひとつとしてブレンド型授業に焦点を当て、効果的な授業デザインを支援するためのツールとFDプログラムの開発を目的としている。１年目の2022年度には、その第一段階としてブレンド型授業の今後の可能性を検討するために、文献調査、2020年度に実施した大学生対象のアンケートデータの追加分析、大学教員対象のインタビュー調査、反転授業の実践研究を行った。具体的な進捗状況は以下のとおりである。まずは、ブレンド型授業に関する国内外の先行文献をもとに、今後のブレンド型授業の在り方について検討した。従来、ブレンド型授業は対面とオンラインの学習の組み合わせと定義されていたが、コロナ禍にオンライン同期型授業が急拡大した状況を受けてオンライン同期・非同期の区別の重要性を指摘しつつ、多様なブレンドの形を模索した。また、2020年度に実施した大学生対象のアンケートデータの追加分析では、授業形態に焦点を当てた分析を行い、多様な授業形態に対する学生の認識について調査した。本研究の成果は論文にまとめ、日本教育工学会論文誌に採択された。大学教員対象のインタビュー調査では、授業形態に対する教員の知識や認識を調査した。コロナ禍でのオンライン授業やその後の対面授業への揺り戻しの過程を経験した大学教員が、各授業形態に対して現在どのように認識しているか、今後どのように授業形態を選択するかを探索した。反転授業の実践研究では、ブレンド型授業の中でも学習効果の面で期待されている反転授業を春・秋学期をとおして実践し、履修学生へのインタビュー調査を各学期終了後に行った。2022年度の以上の研究により、多様な授業形態の特徴が学生や教員の視点から明らかになるとともに、今後の大学授業の在り方やFDの展開に向けて示唆を得ることができた。
