项目摘要

本研究は、国際疾病分類第11回改訂版（ICD-11）で新たに採用された、複雑性心的外傷後ストレス症（Complex posttraumatic stress disorder; CPTSD）に対する適切な診断評価、および効果的な治療を提供するための基盤整備を包括的に進めることを目指す。まずCPTSDの診断評価に関しては、国際トラウマ面接（International Trauma Interview; ITI）と国際トラウマ質問票（International Trauma Questionnaire; ITQ）が開発・検証されている。これらはCPTSDの臨床や研究を実施する上で重要な尺度であるため、本研究ではその日本語版を整備するために、患者群を対象に調査を実施し、尺度特性を評価することを目的とする。また治療に関しては、CPTSDに対するSTAIR Narrative Therapyのオープン前後比較試験のフォローアップを終え、より詳細な検証を行うとともに、無作為化比較試験のプロトコルを作成する。今年度は、研究実施計画に沿って上述の診断評価尺度（ITIおよびITQ）の妥当性研究について倫理委員会の承認を得た上で、患者群の調査を開始した。年度末までにトラウマ体験のある患者22名の面接調査を完了し、一部の患者については再検査信頼性を検証するための再検査も実施した。また治療に関してはオープン前後比較試験のフォローアップが完了し、無作為化比較試験のプロトコルを検討中である。

This study is aimed at the development of a new approach to Complex posttraumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) in the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11), including appropriate diagnostic evaluation, effective treatment, and baseline preparation.
