当施設で診断した新規びまん性大細胞型 B リンパ腫（DLBCL）症例より，中枢神経系（CNS）浸潤を来たしていたものを病理診断システムより抽出し，電子カルテシステムを利用し臨床学的な事項に関して調査を行った．該当例は 30 例認め，年齢中央値は 65.5 歳で，原発部位は精巣が 2 例，副鼻腔が 2 例，乳房が 1 例，子宮が 1 例含まれていた．骨髄浸潤は 5 例でみられた．診断時の stage III/IV の進行期の症例が 27 例で，international prognostic index が high intermediate/high の例が 23 例であった．観察期間中央値は 1506 日で，死亡は 15 例でみられ，死因は全例悪性リンパ腫であった．ケモカインレセプターの免疫染色を数例で施行したが，染色不良があり現時点で有意な結果が得られていない．

When a new diagnosis is made, the central nervous system (CNS) infiltrates into large cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cases, and the pathological diagnosis is performed, the electronic system is used to investigate clinical issues. 30 cases were identified, the age of the center was 65.5 years old, the original site was sperm in 2 cases, accessory nasal cavity in 2 cases, breast in 1 case, uterus in 1 case. Bone infiltration occurred in 5 cases. 27 cases were diagnosed as stage III/IV and 23 cases as international prognostic index high intermediate/high. During the inspection period, 15 cases died. Several examples of immunostaining were performed, and the staining was poor.
