The transfer project T06 aims to develop a methodology for the introduction of a change management system in production. With a particular focus on the empowerment of manufacturing companies to proactively identify, integrate and manage production-induced changes (e.g. changeover of production technology) as well as product-induced changes (e.g. new material) resulting in an holistic management approach for the entire company as a whole. Therefore, starting with the methods and tools of the subprojects A8, B1, B4, B5 and D1 from the SFB 768, their suitability for a practical application is tested in cooperation with the BMW AG, and the results published in the form of a guideline.
