项目摘要

本研究では、歯科衛生士が多職種間でのタスクシフト/シェアの一角を担うことにより医療供給体制の発展に貢献できると考え、口腔保健に関わる医療者が認識する多職種協働の実情や医療者・介護職者の認識を把握し、職種間の役割/業務の補完・協働による新たな口腔保健における多職種連携医療モデルの構築することを目的としている。令和4年度は、様々な臨床現場で医療を実践する歯科衛生士に対して、現在実践している（実践していた）多職種連携の実態と歯科衛生士の多職種連携実践への認識および期待や課題について半構造化インタビューを実施した。現在インタビュー内容を分析中ではあるが、歯科衛生士が業務を担う現場の環境（行政、歯科医院、急性期病院、療養型施設、在宅等）によって、多職種連携実践実情が異なり、これらの環境や領域によって多職種連携の実践モデルやタスクシフト/シェアへの認識や期待も異なってくることが明らかとなった。この結果については今後研究発表予定である。また、海外の歯科衛生士の多職種連携実践の文献調査により、多職種連携実践の状況は、医療システムや医療施策、歯科衛生養成に大きく影響していることが分かり、今後の海外視察のための予備調査となった。本研究成果によって、歯科衛生士が口腔保健の専門職として、多職種間でのタスクシフト/シェアに参画するきっかけとなり、医療の質や安全の確保および医療者・介護職者の健康確保に貢献しうることが期待される。

This study aims to explore the contribution of dental hygienists to the development of health care delivery systems and to explore the understanding of dental hygienists and healthcare professionals. Interprofessional service/business completion and coordination for new oral health care services In 2010 and 2014, the Department of Dental Hygiene conducted a series of research and development projects on the implementation of multi-disciplinary approach. In the analysis of the content of the current application, dental hygienists are responsible for the environment of the site (administrative, dental hospital, acute hospital, convalescent facility, home, etc.), and the implementation of multi-occupational integration is different. The understanding and expectation of multi-occupational integration are different. The results of this study are expected to be published in the future. A literature survey of the multi-occupational practice of dental hygienists abroad, the status of multi-occupational practice, the impact of medical system, medical policy and dental hygiene development, and a preliminary survey of future overseas inspections. The results of this study are expected to provide dental hygienists with the opportunity to participate in oral health care, to ensure the quality and safety of medical care, and to contribute to the health care of medical practitioners and caregivers.
