2022年度は、北海道岩見沢市における医療レセプトと特定健診データの連携・分析をさらに進め、国保・後期高齢者・協会けんぽデータにおける医療レセプト・特定健診データの連携・分析を行ってきた。特に、２型糖尿病を新規発症した患者における医療レセプトデータと、前年度までの特定健診データ（主に非侵襲検査データ）を用いた分析を行い、２型糖尿病発症前の生活習慣・運動習慣・健康状態から、将来的な２型糖尿病発症確率を予測する機械学習モデルの構築を行っており、その研究成果については2023年度の学会発表および学術論文において公開を予定している。平成28年「国民健康・栄養調査」では、糖尿病が強く疑われる者、糖尿病の可能性を否定できない者はいずれも約1,000万人と推計されており、近年特に増加傾向にある生活習慣病の１つであるが、発症の予防・早期発見・合併症の予防が重要とされている。本研究における分析手法を用いることで、発症の予防・早期発見に大きく貢献できることが期待されるとともに、早期発見によって合併症の予防にも影響を与えると考えている。2023年度以降も引き続き、運動習慣や生活習慣に関する健康情報に着目し、それらの情報から将来的な生活習慣病発症にどのような影響を与えるか、予測モデルを構築し、モデルの検証を行っていく。また、介護分野や歯科分野のレセプトデータに着目し、介護サービス発生前に関する運動習慣・生活習慣に関する情報や、歯科医療サービス発生前に関する運動習慣・生活習慣に関する情報の紐づけを行い、予測モデルの構築について検討していく。
