精神科医療は、入院中心から地域生活中心の医療に転換されてきており、再発・再入院を予防し、地域で安定した生活を送るためには、精神疾患患者が主体的に症状コントロールを行えるようになることが必要である。精神疾患患者の地域生活を支える資源として、精神科訪問看護があるが、症状コントロールのために訪問看護師が行う効果的な介入はいまだ十分に開発・検証されていない。本研究は、精神科訪問看護を利用している精神疾患患者を対象として、症状のセルフモニタリングを基にしたクライシスプランを作成・実施する看護介入を開発し、精神疾患患者の症状コントロール、自己洞察、自己効力感に対する効果を検証する。令和4年度は、クライシスプランの作成・実践状況の把握のための系統的文献レビューを実施した。その結果、クライシスプランの実践は看護師が中心となって報告しており、その内容は事例報告が中心であった。実施方法は様々であり、独自に行っているものもあって確立されていない。実施方法とその効果についての検証を続けることが重要であると考える。
