本研究は、調査期間である３か年のうちに①基礎的地方公共団体である全市町村を対象にしたアンケート調査と②個別事例の現地調査及びインタビュー調査の二段階で行うことを当初予定としており、進捗状況は順調である。昨年度は①全市町村を対象にしたアンケート調査を実施し、データの収集、結果のまとめまでを行った。全国の全市町村1718自治体に対して郵送によるアンケートを行い、613自治体からの返信があり、有効なデータの収集を行った。今年度に①基礎的地方公共団体である全市町村を対象にしたアンケート調査を分析、考察まで完成させ、②個別事例の現地調査及びインタビュー調査の調査対象と調査概要を決定する。来年度に②個別事例の現地調査及びインタビュー調査の結果をまとめ、地方公共団体が行うマーケット施策をデータベース化し、類型化から行政施策としてのマーケットの特徴を確認し、統合的な枠組みを作る基礎とする。
