项目摘要

2022年度では、解決志向アプローチに基づくセルフケア支援ツールを実現するために、目標の具体性および現実性を機械的に判定する分類器を組み込んだWebツールを開発した。このWebツールはオンライン上で回答することが可能であり、自身が設定した目標について、具体的である確率と現実的である確率が機械的に算出され、提示することができる。このツールについて、効果を検討するために、解決志向アプローチに基づくセルフケア支援ツールにおいて、機械的なフィードバックありの条件とフィードバックなしの条件を比較した。参加者は501名であり、フィードバックあり（n=268）、フィードバックなし（n=233）のいずれかの条件に無作為に割り付けた。その結果、コンピュータによるフィードバックは問題の解決度を高めることを確認した。一方、解決志向アプローチに基づくセルフケア支援ツールによって、解決構築、ポジティブおよびネガティブな感情、生活の理想度が、フィードバックの有無にかかわらず高まることを確認した。また、設定された目標の具体性・現実性の確率が高いほど、解決構築とポジティブな感情が高まる程度が大きいことが示された。この結果から、フィードバックを伴う解決志向アプローチに基づくセルフケアツールが、フィードバックを伴わないものに比べ、より効果的であることを確認した。この研究をまとめた内容が、国際誌に採択された。その他、目標の具体性と現実性に関する長期的な影響について検討するために調査用紙を作成し、データ収集の準備を整えた。
