项目摘要

2022年度もステイホームダイアリー（交換日記）を活用した孤立・孤独の予防事業に取り組んだ。対面のワークショップを7月、11月、2月に行ったが、毎回50名以上の参加者が学びを深めた。ダイアリーのチーム（3人一組）は20チーム以上でき、約半年間をかけて7周ダイアリーを回した。2022年度のテーマは、①流れ星に願いを（流れ星にお願いしたくなるようなささやかな願い事について）、②体を動かす（家事、庭仕事、散歩、スポーツ等様々な体を動かす方法について）、③食べる（定番のお土産、行きつけの飲食店、最後の晩餐などについて）、④趣味・推し・はまっていること（楽しくてたまらずハマっていること、推し活動などについて）、⑤掃除（日々の掃除はどうしているか、掃除の知恵や工夫などについて）などであった。メンバー同士で感想やコメントを書き込むことができ、「どんな反応が書かれているのか回ってくるのが楽しみだった」、「日記が届くと友人が遊びにきたような感覚になった」との感想が聞かれた。自由におしゃべりをするページには、イラストを書いたり、写真を貼ったり、年賀状を交換するなど、参加者独自の使い方が数多く生まれていた。今後、効果の測定は、参加者への半構造化インタビューやアンケート調査にて行う予定である。ダイアリーへの参加による意識の変化、行動の変化について明らかにし、孤独孤立予防に効果のあるツールの作成を目指す。
