本研究は、韓国の気候変動政策の一環として、２０１５年に導入された温室効果ガス排出量取引制度の政策効果を分析することを目的とする。 政策効果として、次の３つの側面について評価する：対象企業の（１）温室効果ガス削減、（２）低炭素技術投資、（３）炭素経営。研究方法は、上記の（１）と（２）に関しては、企業データについて重回帰分析、要因分析、パネル分析などを用いる。また、（３）企業の炭素経営について、韓国企業を対象としてアンケート調査及びインタビューを行う。研究期間は３年であり、初年度の研究計画は下記の通りである。上記の（１）と（２）について研究する。そのため、韓国国内のコンサルティング会社から企業データ（温室効果ガス排出量、エネルギー使用量、投資内訳など）を購入し、分析モデルを構築・分析を行う。研究結果について学会で発表し、ジャーナル出版のため原稿を作成する。また、韓国研究者とネットワーキングを固める。初年度の主な成果として次の内容が挙げられる。企業のデータを２０１０-２０２０（一部２０１９）年分を購入し、データセットを整えた。パネルモデルを構築し、分析を行った。その結果について、韓国国内学会で発表した。国際ジャーナル投稿のための原稿が作成中である。また、韓国研究者と定期研究ミーティングを行っていて、共同研究体制を整えた。発表した学会の情報は下記の通りである。タイトル：Korea Envoironmetal Economics Association日・時：２０２３年２月２日セッション名：Carbon Neutrality Special Session発表タイトル：Korean Decarbonization startegies-review of current policies and the effect of the emission trading scheme

The purpose of this study is to analyze the policy effects of South Korea's climate change policy and the greenhouse effect and emission control system introduced in 2015.
