令和4年度の研究成果は次の3つである。①愛媛県内のフィリピン人結婚移民の中心的な存在となる人々との関係の構築、②フィリピン人結婚移民の人々への聞き取り調査とフィリピン人コミュニティにおける参与観察の実施、③移民研究者との面談。①については、愛媛県に長年に亘って居住し、フィリピン人結婚移民のリーダー的存在と考えられる方々にコンタクトをとり、交流を図った。また、県内で長年暮らしているフィリピン人結婚移民に関する情報が得られたことにより、彼らのネットワークの大枠を掴むことが可能となった。また、①により交流が始まった人々に対して、聞きとり調査を実施した。令和4年度は、本研究課題に関わる項目のうち、家族構成・経歴等を含むライフヒストリー、日本における生活経験について聞きとりを行った。病歴や病気などへの対処法、健康の維持増進のための実践などについて次年度以降も継続して聞きとりを実施する予定である。さらに、本研究への着手の契機となったフィリピン人結婚移民の方と数年ぶりに交流を再開し、数回の聞きとり調査、およびフィリピン人コミュニティの集まりにおける参与観察を実施した。聞きとりの内容は、近況報告、家族構成・経歴等を含むライフヒストリー、日本における生活経験であり、病歴や病気などへの対処法、健康の維持増進のための実践などについては、次年度以降に交流を深めながら聞きとりを実施したい。①および②を遂行する傍ら、移民研究者とオンラインで面談を実施した。長年に亘って在日フィリピン人研究を継続しておられる研究者から、本研究調査に関わる助言や貴重な情報を得ることができた。次年度以降も研究調査を継続しながら、適宜、移民研究者や文化人類学者との面談を行い、調査や分析における助言をいただく予定である。
