项目摘要

本研究はケアコミュニケーション教育プログラムの開発と新学問分野としての「老年言語学」(Gerontological linguistics, Gerontolinguistik)の構築を最終目的とする。この目的の実現のため、本年度はこれまでに蓄積した調査データの整理と分析、さらには文献的研究に取り組んだ。先ずケアコミュニケーションの体系的把握を目的にして、看護分野に於いては、関西医科大学附属滝井病院で病棟看護に従事する看護師50名を対象にして1年間に亘りケアとコミュニケーションをテーマにしてグループインタビュー調査を行ったが、この調査ファイルをすべてテキスト化し、データベース化させた。また同様に、同大学看護専門学校の全看護学生を対象に高齢者コミュニケーションと老年看護に関する質問紙調査を実施したが、この調査結果についてもエクセルデータとしてコーパス化させた。他方、高齢者介護分野においては日本老人福祉財団、あるいは大阪府下の特別養護老人ホーム等の協力を得、高齢者ケア現場における参与観察調査を長期に亘り継続実施してきたが、この音声データのソーティング作業等を終え、コーパス化させた。また高齢者介護に従事する介護士等に対して実施してきたインタビュー調査と質問紙調査の集計結果についてもエクセルファイル化し、データベースとして蓄積させた。さらに高齢者介護施設に入居する高齢者を対象として実施したアンケート調査とライフストーリーインタビュー調査についても、その調査記録を一部を除きほぼテキスト化し、データベース化させた。他方、海外調査については、主にドイツとオーストリアに於いて老年看護師、老年看護学生、看護学校教員及び高齢者施設等に入居する高齢者を対象にして、日本と同じく、インタビュー調査、質問紙調査、ケア現場における参与調査、さらには高齢者に対するライフストーリーインタビュー調査を継続実施してきたが、これらの調査結果についても、ライフストーリーインタビュー記録の一部を除き、テキスト化、ソーティング、点検等の作業を終え、コーパス化を実施した。次に、これらのコーパスデータを用いた分析と考察については、先ず病棟看護における問題発生メカニズムをコミュニケーションとの関連から明らかにすることを目的とし、上記のインタビューデータについて、DEMATEL法を用いた分析を試みた。またSD法による高齢者イメージの研究。さらに文献研究としては、エスノメソドロジーにおける「ワーク」概念を視点に、ケアコミュニケーションの日独比較を行った。
