项目摘要

持続可能な観光地域づくり実現には，地域資源マネジメントへの地域住民の主体的な関わりが重要となる。そして住民による自主的なマネジメント行為の誘発には，まず，地域資源の学びが必要となる。本研究の目的は，色を活用した地域住民の観光地域づくり自分事化プログラムの開発と実践，そして，その評価である。地域住民自らが地域資源について学び，抽出した色に地域資源の意味を付与し，作成する地域色集を「地域色パレット」と定義し，これを住民参加のワークショップにて作成する。世代やジェンダー，業種を超えて活用可能な色を入口とした新規的地域学習プログラムの開発に向け研究を進め，最終的には，地域住民が観光地域づくりの担い手へと成長するための手法として提案する。2022年度においては，目的１：地域色パレットのプロトタイプ開発のため，研究対象地として予定している地域と合わせて，数事例の観光地において，現地における地域資源等の調査を行った。研究対象予定地に関しては, 合わせてステークホルダーに対するインタビュー調査を行った。これらを基に，地域ごとに収集した地域資源の写真からの特徴的な色彩の抽出を行い，地域住民の意識変容を引き起こす地域色パレットのプレ設計を行った。また当該年度において，持続可能な観光地域づくりに向けた地域における地域資源マネジメントの歴史等について文献およびWeb調査で得られた知見の一部を2023年度日本建築学会大会（近畿）学術講演会で研究梗概として発表予定である。
