项目摘要

日本の研究者による研究データの利用・公開・管理の実践状況と認識を明らかにするために、(1)過去に実施した質問紙調査の二次分析、(2)新規の質問紙調査、(3)比較のための質問紙調査、(4)研究機関を対象とした研究データ管理に関する質問紙調査の分析を実施した。(1)研究データの利用／公開について、2016、2018、2020年に実施したオンライン質問紙調査の二次分析を行い、国際会議（IDCC 2022）等で発表を行った。ディスカッションを通じて得られた知見をふまえて、(2)(3)の調査設計を行った。(2)(1)の継続調査として、日本の研究者1,675名を対象としたオンライン質問紙調査を実施し、1,273名から有効回答を得た（回答率73.9%）。成果は国際会議（SciDataCon 2023）に投稿中である。(3)研究データ公開の状況を、より広くオープンサイエンスの文脈から捉えるために、論文のオープンアクセスおよびプレプリントに関する質問紙調査を実施し、総合的な分析を行うこととした。日本の研究者1,671名を対象としたオンライン質問紙調査を実施し、1,173名から有効回答を得た（回答率70.2%）。日本図書館情報学会等で口頭発表を行い、論文の投稿準備中である。(4)オープンアクセスリポジトリ推進協会（JPCOAR）と大学ICT推進協議会（AXIES）による日本の大学・研究機関を対象とした研究データポリシーの策定状況、研究データ管理やデータキュレーションの人的支援、インフラの整備状況等に関する質問紙調査に協力した。調査項目を(1)(2)と揃えたため、研究者と研究機関それぞれの観点からデータ公開・利用に関する分析を行うことが可能となった。(1)(2)の結果とあわせて分析を行い、成果発表を行う予定である。
