We establish an program of education information system in elementary school desiring that students grow up in good and sound health, acquire spontaneous and effective study, and get happy and hopeful school life. Considering such desires we present the following four systems: (1) health guidance system, (2) study guidance system, (3) school life guidance system. (4) school and classroom management system.1. Health guidance system ・・・・・・ As prevention of accident in school is one of the main purposes of health guidance, this system provides physical strenth, athletic ability, and frequncy of accident.2. Study guidance system ・・・・・・ This system uses to grasp result of students' work in the classroom and evaluate teaching each subject.3. School life guidance system ・・・・・・ This system offers to let students participate in school programs and use for a retreval system.4. School and classroom management system ・・・・・・ This system provides to grasp relationship and friendship among students and systemtize school programs.a. Survey of education information system ・・・・・・ Sending questionnaire to 313 elementary school in Japan we obtain objective data, and then evaluate our programs with reference to them.b. CBE (Computer Basied Education) system ・・・・・・ We collect whole results getting from the program of education information system into the computer Basied Education System and discuss appropriateness and practicality.After finishing the research project, we conclude that we should make more effective program in order to help students and teachers.

希望学生能健康成长，获得自发有效的学习，获得快乐充满希望的学校生活，我们建立了一个小学教育信息系统项目。针对这些需求，我们提出了以下四个系统：（1）健康指导系统，（2）学习指导系统，（3）学校生活指导系统。(4)学校和教室管理系统1.健康指导系统······由于预防学校事故是健康指导的主要目的之一，该系统提供了体力，运动能力和事故频率.学习指导系统······该系统用于掌握学生在课堂上的学习成绩，并对各学科的教学进行评价.学校生活指导系统······该系统提供了让学生参与学校计划并用于检索系统.学校和教室管理系统······该系统提供掌握学生之间的关系和友谊，并使学校课程系统化。教育信息系统调查······通过对日本313所小学进行问卷调查，获得客观的数据，并以此为依据对我们的项目进行评价。CBE（ComputerBasiedEducation）系统······
